Each cruise will include the following, plus lot's of surprises along the way:
  • Special gift apron sent to your home as a memento of your "Culinary Expedition"
  • Easy to understand schedule that will not take away from the ship board experiences or ports of call, actually enhance them
  • A minimum of two live cooking class demos, some participation will be encouraged from you and others in the group
  • Welcome Cocktail reception before dinner the first night, an opportunity to meet the other foodies on-board
  • A wine tasting event on each cruise - sponsored by Holland America, or other host lines by the on-board staff
  • On extended cruises we offer a dessert tasting class and instructions about dessert wines and beverages (8 day or longer)
  • A group photo for each member of the group, this is a great way to show friends and family the fun people your toured with.
  • Cook book from Holland America, from our guest chef if published will be available and mailed to your home upon request.

You will select the events based on your arrival, Dinner can be the night of arrival
and the market tour and cooking class the morning before we board the ship. We

This is a great cruise line that fits both personal travel for the
food experience as well as a group.  I recently sailed on this
wonderful ship and can only explain it on one word "WOW"!

Gather a couple of friends call me and let me book you on this
great cruise, maybe a few friend to join in, but I have insiders
views of the perfect set ups and options to participate in.  I've
not seen a cruise line that will fit the culinary interests like this
other then organized group Culinary Cruises, which we are in
the process of forming on the Azamara Journey and Azamara
Quest.
