Terms, Payment information and other important facts.  These tours are available most of the year, with some black
out dates. When we design your perfect itinerary and agree on the rate, we take a credit card number as security for
the booking - no advance deposit is held. One week prior to departure we will ask for final payment and final guest
counts.  There is a cancellation fee for any tours booked, confirmed and then canceled withing 30 days of departure.
The fee is $100.00, for groups over 6 passengers there is a cancellation fee of $50.00 per person and will be charged
to the credit card used as a deposit.  We don't require our normal prepayment schedule for wine tours in Washington.
Walla Walla Area, has a limited number of options in regards to housing, so advance deposits maybe required if we
are to secure overnight stays.  Also it is highly suggested that if you are traveling on your own, we book your air and
prepay air, as again - the availability is limited.  If we are going as a group we will prepare deposit requirements based
on the groups needs and desires. Terms and payment information will be designated by trip type.

Suggested Itineraries and thoughts for the region:

There are many of our favorite wineries in this region-if we forgot yours, let us know! *Sagelands*Silver Lake**
Hyatt*Apex*Kestrel*Columbia Crest*Eaton Hill*Hogue Cellars*Masset*Bonair*Clear Cellars*Snoqualmie* more**

Yakima makes for a fun outing as a /2 day or full day trip - we recommend an overnight or weekend visit to the area to
get the most out of this region.  Great hotels, RV parks and Inns.  We will customize anything or themed event, and of
course our special Wine makers or chef dinners at a local restaurant or vineyard.

Extension tours:
This tour or any of our Walla Walla and Yakima tours can be extended to Montana - where we have a new program
called Cowboys to Chefs!  A different take on Culinary Tours!  You will love it!

Day tours:

We leave Seattle around 9:00 a.m. - travel to your first winery (you choose all stops), have a late morning tasting, then
we stop for lunch at a local eatery and off to our next winery.  We will then visit your third and fourth winery of choice. I
suggest then a return to Seattle. Approx. 8 hours total time with lunch, prices based on your wineries.

Day tours with dinner option:

Same itinerary as above, only we will have a wine makers dinner once we return to Seattle, at one of our favorite host
restaurants in Seattle.  There are so many, that we will make a selection at time of booking to ensure the restaurant
has the availability, this will extend your tour to Approx 10 hours with the dinner.

Hotel stays 2 days or longer:

Should you be doing a tour including a hotel stay, our days will be planned out to catch not only the essence of the
reason we are going - wineries - but an extended experience with wine makers dinners, chef dinners and a host of
activities that will include local restaurants and chefs.  Our hotels, or inns will be first class with activities planned for
our group.  We will offer all transfers and ground operations while on tour, as well as the deluxe motor coach from the
Seattle/Tacoma or Portland Metropolitan areas.  Our tours are all inclusive and non-intrusive, giving you time to also
enjoy the local areas we are visiting on your own or with your new friends.

Day trip with lunch and snacks:

For large groups, or convention attendees who are looking for the ultimate group gathering.  This is an excellent trip
on a bus, the bus can be a standard bus, or a luxury bus with video and on-board dining.  We can design from the
very simple to very complex day at the wineries, during the trip we will be offering a box lunch and afternoon cheese
and fruit snacks to keep us replenished and hydrated.  One aspect on all our tours is the availability of bottled water to
everyone, as much as one wants at any time.  This is a very affordable activity for your group, social club or gathering
and runs most of the year.  Call for pricing based on your group size and type of transportation desired.

Custom tours, wine visits, wine maker diners, wine tasting and concerts are always available! Let us
design the best tour that meets your needs, and all affordable too!

Yakima is close by - and with easy access, we can plan a day trip, weekend, week long with any theme you
like, our design team is ready and waiting to fill your desires.

Our winery tours do not have published fares, as we design the trips based on the wines and restaurants you would
like to taste at and enjoy - our program is custom designed to capture every aspect of the region we are visiting, not to
just be a bus ride, taste a wine or two - maybe a piece of cheese and then 2.5 hours back home - we want you to take
it all in and enjoy, relax and make this a memorable and exciting adventure - with desires to return again and again.
