We hope you've enjoyed your culinary getaway and have made new friends! Let us know if you have a culinary event
that may be of interest to you and your friends as a future adventure. We are currently planning on several events, as
we develop new venues, we will be sure to let you know. One big undertaking is our plan to offer a week long cruise w/
guest chefs and interactive classes on-board. We are planning on a chartered ship - keeping it private and just for us!
Special Notes:
This tour can be operated in the reverse or round trip or you can extend your tour either by accepting a pre or post
night in either cities or both cities. We are very flexible and you are going to love our tours, they change based on the
mode, flavor of the group and wants of the groups. We are never set in stone on our tours, and although we do some
walking to the local restaurants and venues to experience all the local atmosphere that is possible, we can always
arrange transportation for those who wish not to walk.
Let's enjoy, and remember an important fact: "vote with your fork" - sustainable resources and fields to tables are
important to us and we demonstrate this in all our tours.

Day One: Seattle
- Meet and greet 1:00 p.m. at our host hotel (changes by seasons)
- Lunch at a local hot spot, with complimentary cook books from the chef
- Wine tasting at the Washington Wine Tasting Room
- Dinner at a local restaurant, with wine pairing and getting acquainted with our new friends
Day Two: Seattle
- Morning Pike Place Market Tour and Cooking Class at Diane's Market Kitchen. This is a true winner!
- Afternoon city tour, local tour company takes you to see all the sites
- Early evening on your own to rest and prepare for our Chef hosted dinner tonight
- Dinner tonight will be one to remember, local products, local farms, chef's choice fabulous wines
Day Three: Seattle to Portland
- Morning departure to Portland on-board the Amtrak Cascades (other transportation maybe substituted)
- Boxed lunch en-route to Portland on-board
- Afternoon class and hands on experience at "The Chef's Studio", by Robert Reynolds (based on availability)
- Substitute for class above will be a local winery and country side tour by a private tour company
- Dinner tonight at one of Portland's landmark restaurants, that is the definition of sustainable responsibility
Day Four: Portland
- Morning walking Culinary Tour, from our hotel we will be escorted by a local guide through the Pearl District
- Lunch at a local restaurant, known for it's innovative cuisine
- Afternoon tour of the Portland area and city by a local tour company
- Dinner tonight is planned to be one of the best in your journey, at Wildwood Restaurant in NW Portland.
Day Five: Portland
- Morning on your own, walk to Powells' book store, take in a local coffee shop
- A special lunch to celebrate our new friends and exchange phone numbers before the tour ends
- 2:00 p.m. tour ends at the hotel, as we say good bye and pick up our luggage before heading to the airport or
ride back with us to Seattle (details based on each tour and partcipant)
