Recent tours provided for other Culinary Programs at like institutions, prompted me to take a moment to
introduce our company to you in the hopes of a future engagement.  We are the premier culinary tour
operator in the Pacific Northwest.  As our dollar continues to weaken on the global economy we feel
domestic experiences might meet most schools budgetary requirements for outings and culinary
discovery field trips; keeping travel domestic or close to home results in better value and more for your

This is a very brief introduction with basic information in the hopes you will at least visit our web sites and
consider a culinary program or field trip to our wonderful region.  The Seattle, Portland cities boast some
of the best culinary experiences in the U.S.; with our partners to the north in Vancouver, B.C. and Victoria
we can offer once in a life time experiences for your Chefs, students and advisors.

Here is a very brief example of tours: *each tour is designed for your students, mentors, chefs or
educators, our web site demonstrates basic tours for retail consumers, not the industry*  Industry or trade
visitors requires special arrangements to ensure fun, excitement, fulfillment  and an extension of the
regional cultural standards.

Tours:

  •        3/4/5/6/7/8 night itineraries - groups are from 8 to 16 (larger groups case by case)
  •        All inclusive always, one payment covers every aspect of the trip
  •        Seattle and the Washington region as a destination, many islands and areas
  •        Seattle – Portland and surrounding areas, arrive in one city – depart the other
  •        Seattle – Victoria, B.C. – Vancouver, B.C. – Seattle round trip, exquisite (6 nights)
  •        Alaska Culinary Cruise – major cruise, with our own demo kitchen and classes
  •        Columbia Gorge Cruise, experience history, wines, cooking classes on small ships
  •        Budgets can range from $1,200 per student to $5,000 per student – double occupancy


All tours should be insured, we are and you should be too.  Airfares are subject to large surcharges, and
baggage charges in today’s new era of travel, so excess baggage and timely bookings must be
negotiated.  Payment is required at booking, the tour is non refundable if canceled within 30 days of
expected arrival.  Airfare is non-refundable at anytime if canceled.  Other terms and conditions are
available on our web site; each trip will have custom terms based on the needs of the institutions.
